Overview

Created highly optimised and bespoke website from scratch with high ranking SEO for chosen keywords to deliver a performing landing page and lead magnet to the company. Coded a bespoke claims calculator for customers to visually see their potential claims with a funnel into customer contacts for the client. Highlighted all business activities and optimised content to deliver social proofing and professionalism which aligns with the business.

About the business

Frank Energy Claims is a business group of Frank Energy which is a family run business with over 160 years combined experience within the energy sector, with deep roots into a professional service. With over 20 years experience in their field, they’re experts in identifying if you have been mis-sold energy and have a proven track record of recovering 99.7% of the cases we take on board.

Required work

Business previously had a domain website created with IONOS website builder but they were struggling to design the website professionally. Client required a bespoke “claims calculator” for customers to visually view their potential claim, with numerous touchpoints throughout the site for customers to take action and get in touch.

It was also vital to ensure that competitors and competitive keywords were highlighted, with content created to rank on Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) to acquire customers directly. A blog was also required to ensure the client had a space moving forward to update potential customers with the latest news and events in relation to mis-sold business energy, whilst ranking blogs and news for future client acquisition.

As the client already had a domain and email address connected with IONOS, the website would need to be migrated to their server once created and matched with domain already in use with minimal disruption to email accounts already active and in use by the team.

What we did

We created a bespoke and highly optimised WordPress website compatible for desktop, mobile, and tablet, with a significant home page reflecting services on offer combined with SEO optimised content for keywords identified as competitive within the business industry.

We coded a bespoke claims calculator for customers to clearly view their potential claims with Frank Energy Claims (FEC), combined with an action button which increased customer contacts by 132% since launch. We also optimised a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on the home page to help with SERPs and to acquire more clients organically through Google search.

In addition to the home page, we also created an about us page which also acted as a conversion funnel to highlight social proof and to guide potential clients into contact the company for their business energy claim needs with embedded contact forms throughout the page.

We also created three keyword optimised blogs that were highlighted in our SEO report to help the client gain further traffic through search engine results whilst also offering further transparency to their services and to offer a greater understanding of mis-sold business energy as a whole.

Finally we equipped the client with an SEO plan with a keywords audit for them to continue producing ranking content on their side for the next three months with complete guidance on potential high ranking blog/news titles and heading to use throughout future content.

Our results

Since launching the new website, Frank Energy Claims (FEC) have reported a 40+% increase in client acquisition with the majority of leads now coming directly from their website. With numerous page 1 search rankings for their services for highlighted keywords optimised, the client is continuing to follow SEO plan provided to generate further ranking content and acquisition through their website.

The bespoke calculator coded on the website has welcomed 30% of all contacts via the form associated with the visual aid created. The client has already insisted their desire to work alongside us later in the year as they come to the end of their free SEO plan provided, and want to focus on other areas including email marketing, social media, and further expansion to their services to be promoted throughout their website.
