Overview

Created a website from scratch and carried out SEO work to increase organic traffic by 126% with client visible on page 1 of Google search for multiple high traffic keywords along with Google Business Page. Client now generated 80%+ leads through website and continued to utilise our marketing solutions.

About the business

DM Videography offers corporate videography and wedding films throughout Lancashire and the North West of England. With over 10 years experience, DM Videography truly knows what it takes to express emotion through the art of video.

Required work

Business required a website created from scratch to display an existing portfolio with room to add future content to key pages. With no existing traffic to any domain, paid advertisements were required for target keywords, with high quality SEO carried out to generate organic leads to the website.

In addition, social media accounts were required and to be connected to the domain to extend reach, along with domain email addresses, digital phone number (VOIP), along with integrated contact forms to be placed on the website.

What we did

We created a bespoke website that was envisioned by the client which included six pages. The homepage was to be a landing page for new leads and potential clients which would branch to the key pages for “Corporate Videography” and “Wedding Film”.

Each key page contained an optimised video showcasing highlights from either weddings or corporate, with services for each highlighted with embedded videos optimised for desktop and mobile.

A contact us page was created to display contact information including a new digital landline number created and hosted by us along with a built-in form connected with a new email address connected to the domain.
‎
We created a simple about us page to highlight the core values the business provided with a personal headshot photo and quote from the founder and lead videographer Deimante.
‎
We also created a Google Business Profile with contact details and information about the business for increased discovery on Google search. Images and content provided by the business were also included for greater authenticity.

Finally, a blog was created after keyword research was carried out with topics highlighted to gain organic traffic. We created two blogs for the client to begin with and provided further details on other keywords highlighted for future work on the website.

Our results

DM Videography is now visible on page 1 of Google search for all of their webpages, with their Google Business Profile appearing for their company and related search terms.

The blogs created for the business appear on the first page of Google for over 12 keywords and have increased organic traffic by 126% since launch.
‎
The business now generates over 80% of their leads through their website, with a further 10% via their Google Business Page and phone number created and provided.
‎
DM Videography has chosen to continue working with us with the aim to create further SEO, paid advertisements, and social media management into the summer of 2024.
